I admit to you that the learning is actually long, but this is a specific feature of my personality that I am a particularly slow and thoughtful person (except when I’m walking).
Of course all these influences are latent and express themselves only sporadically, by successive touches, never together, otherwise it would give place to a real auditive cacophony, even for the most fervent follower of John Cage music …
In brief, my job within Midnight Streams is very clear: I give and distill here and there, between incredible deep loops of DK’s bass and electric gimmick of Terry A’s custom Fender, grooves of keyboard filled with miraculously minor harmonies and with big lyrical inspirations -almost- always mastered.
This is the price to pay , to reach emotion , you have to dare to burn your wings…
I take my source and draw my inspiration among four major musical genres: the pop, the funk, the jazz and the classic.
About 20 years were necessary to listen to, hate, assimilate, remember, forget, play, enjoy, share, experiment and finally express my influences within the Midnight Streams Project with Terry A.
